At Conexión Counseling, I believe supervision should be a place where you can ask questions openly, reflect on difficult moments, and grow into your own voice as a counselor. Grounded in Relational-Cultural Theory, my approach combines a supportive relationship with practical guidance on clinical decisions, documentation, ethics, and professional development.
